Fall Beginners Series 2026

Try something new during Eugene Aikikai’s beginners series! This 10-class introduction to aikido will build core strength and conditioning and teach you a range of simple yet powerful aikido techniques and concepts.
During the series you’ll work with experienced students and teachers who will help you to gain confidence in a martial setting. Our beginners series is structured for people new to aikido. You don’t need any experience to sign up.
Aikido is a defense-based martial practice. It was developed specifically to be an accessible practice that people of any age could learn and use. Anyone can begin and excel at Aikido regardless of experience, size, or physical strength.

Join Frank Apodaca Sensei of Deep River Aikikai for a weekend of intensive training at Eugene Aikikai. Classes will include Aikido and Aikido Weapons.
